Customer Relationship Management Process

We assign each program to an experienced Relationship Manager (RM) and professional customer care team. We build and maintain strong working relationships with your team so that we become familiar with your needs. Our executives will proactively engage your executives in dialogue about new and innovative ways to advance your business objectives.

Your RM will be your central point of contact but other team members are also easily accessible via email and phone.
